"I've purchased a HP laptop from Comet. After roughly 2 months, I experienced some problems with my hard drive. My system had crashed and I couldn't reinstall Windows or use any recovery discs.

I rang Comet and they told me to call HP. I called HP and, after long and tiring discussions, they said they will only send me a recovery disc!!! I had some friends helping me, but they couldn't fix it. I was desperate. One of them showed me this site. It took the engineer exactly 2h 10min to fix my problem. It turns out I had some magnetized clusters on my hard drive."
