Prices and Quotations
We reserve the right to amend any price (whether orally or in writing) stated on this website or elsewhere, at any time and without giving any notice.
The preferred method of payments by you is required to be made in pounds sterling (cash). However, other methods of payment such as cheques can only be processed if accompanied by a cheque guarantee card and at the acceptance or decision of the onsite engineer.

Services & Rates
If the engineer is unable to resolve the problem due to intervention by the customer requesting the engineer not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the engineer's time.
If the engineer is unable to resolve the problem and is only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-Rom or Product Key etc. then the customer is charged for the engineer's time.
If the problem is too serious and needs help from the manufacturer, or if there is any hardware fault, thus making it beyond our capabilities, you will pay the normal price.
Rates can be changed at any time without prior notice, with a reasonable rise or fall.

Operational Areas
We currently cover all area of South Bucks, which includes (but not limited to) Beaconsfield, Amersham, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Slough, Denham, Rickmansworth.
Any work carried out on the outskirts of South Bucks will be to the discretion of our engineers and may incur an additional travel rate. Areas within South Bucks are covered at the discretion of our engineering team and can be refused.

Disclaimers
We will provide the services to you subject to the following conditions:
You must have valid software licenses for your operating system and all applications on your computer(s).
You must supply details of the relevant license keys if we ask you for them.
You must back up your Software and Data. You agree that prior to contacting us to perform diagnostic repairs or to provide other technical support on or in connection with your computer(s), and either on-site or remotely, it is your entire responsibility to protect your personal computer and to back-up all data, software, information and other files that are stored on any and all computer disks and drives you may have.
You must make sure an adult is present. For any on-site services that we supply, a person of at least 18 years of age must be present the entire time that our technician is providing the services.
The Company reserves the right to decline service to any company or consumer.
The Company does not accept responsibility for the loss of any software or data stored on any system or storage media handed to the company for inspection, repair, upgrade or other.
The Company does not accept responsibility for any failures to the buyer’s components within its possession, unless these have been damaged by the Company.

Our responsibility to you
We may not be able to advise on all issues or to repair or solve all problems that you ask us to, but to the extent that we cannot advise on an issue or repair or solve a problem that we agreed was included in the scope of our services then we will refund any applicable fee paid by you to us.
Separately we may not be able to fulfill any service requests that fall outside the agreed scope of our services, in which case no refund will be payable.
We will use reasonable endeavors to keep any appointment you make with us, but we cannot guarantee that the technician will arrive on time in each case. If a technician is delayed, he or she will try to contact you a reasonable time in advance to let you know of any expected delay. From time to time, factors outside our control may also require that we re-schedule an appointment.

We will not be responsible to you for
any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable;
any loss calculated by reference to profits, income, or business (or loss of such profits, income, or business);
any loss of goodwill;
any loss or corruption of data;
 We do not accept liability for the acts or omissions of any providers of telecommunication services.
We shall have no responsibility to you for any goods, services, information, software or other materials that you use or obtain when using your personal computer whether offline or online for accessing the internet (including e-mail).
For any inherent failures in or caused by the supported applications and operating systems or third party products supplied by us;
For the repair or replacement of any equipment that is faulty (as reasonably diagnosed by us during the provision of our service to you);
For any failure by you to follow our reasonable advice, recommendations or instructions;
If either we, including without limitation any of our technicians, agents, contractors or third party service providers are impaired or stopped from providing the service by you for any reason whatsoever or are otherwise unable to provide a service to you as a result of any event that is outside our reasonable control;
For any damage to your hardware or equipment.

Matters beyond our reasonable control
Sometimes we are unable to do what we have agreed due to something beyond our reasonable control. If this happens we do not accept responsibility for what has occurred.
We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur in accessing this website. Although We aim to offer you the best possible service and make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses and / or defects, We cannot guarantee that the website services will always meet your requirements or be fault free. If a fault occurs in any of the website services you should report it to Us and We will attempt to correct the fault as soon as We reasonably can.
