What does Q10 stand for?
Q10 is one of the most important vitamins in our body and it's been widely used in a variety of products. We've used its name because we treat computers mostly for the same problem that affect us all: the aging process. While that's just something inevitable, it can still be delayed both for us and our pc.

What is your experience level?
It is level 10, meaning 10 years of playing around with computers, destroying operating systems (unwillingly), but learning how to make them well again and far better.

What type of payment do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept cash / cheques.

Why should I use your services?
Because you appreciate a job well done, not the advert.

What happens if I am not satisfied with your work?
If you'll have good reason for that, you will not have to pay anything, except £15 for the callout.

Can I cancel a callout?
Yes you can but please make the announcement at least 1 hour prior to the visit.

Why are the prices low?
Because we're not a huge company, thus enabling us to pay less for the additional expenses and focus on the efficiency of the services.

What if you cannot fix the problem?
If the problem is too serious and needs help from the manufacturer or if there is any hardware fault that is beyond our capabilities, you will only pay £15 for the callout.

I have a complaint
If we've done something wrong, we want to know about it. Complaints are our favorite menu as they give us the opportunity to improve the quality of our services. Use the contact page for any complaints.

Can I benefit from this service if I have a small business?
We do not handle large networks or companies but might be available for some small businesses consisting in a couple of computers and the usual peripherals. Contact us for details.

What should I expect when I will get the visit?
First, you will receive a visit from one of our engineers. After a quick look he will explain the current situation of your PC, the methods that will be used for getting the problem solved, any suggestions that might be helpful and of course, your final approval together with backing up all the vital data. Just make sure you've got that cup of tea ready.
